Warm welcome to the general meeting of the association on Monday 30th May at 17:30. The meeting will be held at the Töölö office (address: Caloniuksenkatu 9 d 64, Helsinki). After the meeting there will be a get together with new and old members of the association. It is possible to participate the general meeting online.

Anybody is welcome to the meeting to participate the discussion and listen to the decisions. Only the members of the association are eligible to vote at the general meeting. We will use an electronic voting system and it is important that all members that wish to use their voting right will register to the meeting no later than 29th May. Agenda for the general meeting is the following: Reviewing the financial statement for the year 2015, electing a board for the next period 2016-2017 and discussion over the action plan and budget for the coming year.
