Description

Helsinki region has done great pioneering work in opening data in Finland, mostly thanks to the award-winning Helsinki Region Infoshare project (HRI, http://www.hri.fi ). How are other cities doing? How do we get other regions on board? What could be easily copied from HRI and what should not be copied (learnings from failures)? What should we do to improve collaboration between the regions? From where to get funding?
